AUTHOR ABSTRACT GUIDELINES





The DEADLINE for 2-page extended abstractS:
1 FEBRUARY 2025



Two-page limit - A4 Standard is requested.


Please make sure that your abstract's primary category choice from the Call for Papers appears in the upper right-hand corner, and your request for 'Poster' or 'Oral' presentation in case of in-person (physical) participation, or in 'Zoom' or 'Pre-recorded video' in case of a virtual participation, appear in upper left-hand corner.


All of text must fit on the first page (1-1.5 page). All figures, tables and list of references should appear on the second page (1-0.5 page). Set up the document layout to 20.98 cm x 29.69 cm (8.26" x 11.69"). Please use the mirror margins with the following parameters: 1.9 cm (0.75") Top and Inside margins 2.54 cm (1") Bottom and Outside margins Gutter 0.63 cm (0.25"). Define a two-column layout, with a space of 0.2 inches (0.6 cm) between the two columns. Use Times New Roman throughout the entire abstract:


- Title: 14 points, bold

- Section Headers: 11 points, bold

- Text body: 10 points

- Figure captions: 9 points, italic

- Table captions: 9 points, italic

- References: 9 points, regular, numbered in [ ].


Upon acceptance of your abstract, it should be understood that:


At least one author from your paper is required to register and present your paper at the ASPAI' 2025 Conference. You are required to submit your revised 2-page extended abstract or 4-6 page full paper before 5 February 2025 for publication in the ASPAI' 2025 Conference Proceedings, which will be published by IFSA Publishing before the event. Registration must be completed and paid before the deadline: 10 March 2025.



Extended Abstract and Full-Page Manuscript Templates:

Requirements for Poster Presentations:


- Poster size: A0 (84.1 x 118.9 cm)

- Orientation: vertical


Requirements for Oral Presentations:


- 15 min presentation plus 5 min questions/answers

- A PC laptop will be available for presentations in the MS Power Point

- Please bring your presentation on a USB flash memory in the MS Power Point format.
